Stephanie Sanger-Miller, Brandeis
Pluralism, building community, and bringing out the joy in Judaism are the values Stephanie brings with her to Brandeis Hillel. After two years of study in Israel, Stephanie is entering her final year of rabbinical school at Hebrew College. She recently served as the Rabbinic Intern for BINA in Tel Aviv and as Associate Director & Director of Content for Convergence on Campus. Stephanie was Program Director of the Interfaith Youth Initiative, and Rabbinic Fellow at Tufts University Hillel. She was a member of the first cohort of the Hillel Rabbinic Student Fellowship, a participant the Kevah Teaching Fellowship, and chaplain intern in Holy Family Hospital’s Clinical Pastoral Education unit. Stephanie has studied at BINA, the Conservative Yeshiva, Pardes, and the Shalom Hartman Institute. She earned a degree in Sociocultural Anthropology and Hispanic Language and Literature from Boston University. She has also worked as a chef in Boston, Austin, and New York – and she is always willing to share stories and recipes.
